New features added and issues addressed in the TurboQSA product. July 2025.

Our teem keeps working on TurboAI improvements, rolling our infrastructure updates to our customers to enable faster processing and multimodal features. As we work on the new features, we keep improving our product and address issues reported and changes requested for our clients. Let's have a recap:

Bug fixes & improvements:

  • Interview module: payment channel attribution for interviews is introduced. Previously all of the interviews in the system were applying to all payment channels and we are changing this to achieve higher fidelity. Change is reflected both in the TurboQSA UI and in in the Word output of the report generated.
  • Interview module: support RFTs (SAQs) per channel,
  • Improvements for Contacts import feature to have more optimal deduplication,
  • QA: ROC QA rules introduced for payment channel support in the interviews,
  • TurboAI: vision support for Word (including legacy version) documents analysis,
  • TurboAI: vision support for PDF documents analysis,
  • UI: Breadcrumbs added to the Project Dashboard screen,
  • UI: Project Dashboard now shows completion % per requirement,
  • UI: improvements to error surfacing in evidence upload process,
  • Quick Navigation issue addressed for requirement 4.2.1,
  • Fix: fixed user being listed twice in the assignment list,
  • Fix: fixed assessment progress calculation,
  • Deduplicated roles of interviewees in the ROC.

New Features:

  • TurboQSA Preview announcement - SAQ A printing capability is coming!
  • Permissions: we are giving more control to the Administrator users and introducing Global option to control Snippers and Hints creation. For larger customers it became important to control who can create globally available artifacts, and we are giving administrators the ability to control this at a more granular level.
